C. Nile, the man in the sealed well in the Urdus Marshland, wants you to collect some cannibelle rage to break the seal that binds him. Take the rankened phial and make ten cannibelles angry enough to single you out for punishment.

Prerequisites: DLC downloaded, Sterling's whistle from completing Quest #39: Follow that Fish!.
Repeatable?: Yes.

Using the Starflight Express, fly to the high plateau located south of Batsureg where a well is visible. Head into the well and speak to the old man behind the cell door to start the quest.
He gives you the rankened phial and wants you to enrage ten cannibelles, then defeat them in battle. The easiest way to do this is with the Warrior's Whistle ability, which is learned by investing 28 skill points into their Courage skill.
Cannibelles can be encountered on the small island with two cabins east of Stornway that is surrounded by shoals. Once again, you need the Starflight Express to reach it. They can also be encountered in Rank 8-10 ice-type grottoes.
It may take some time for a cannibelle to appear on the island, so periodically go into one of the two cabins and exit to make the monsters respawn. Cannibelles have 468 HP, can cast Kacrack on the party, as well as inflict paralysis with their stare. Make sure to bring anti-paralysis measures such as Moonwort bulbs, Softworts, and Tingle, or equip your characters with a Full moon ring.
At the start of battle, use Whistle on the cannibelles to enrage them, then defeat them with any character. They can only be enraged once per battle. This can go by faster if multiple characters in the party are able to use Whistle.
After you've defeated ten cannibelles in this way, return to C. Nile in the well south of Batsureg to complete the quest.
