153 Not-So Jolly Roger

Billy Bones, a skeleton in a cave in the Wyrmtail, wants you to retrieve the spirit of his best friend. Go to a grotto and defeat Fowleye within fifteen turns, and the spirit will be restored.

Prerequisites: Beat the game, DLC downloaded, Quest #39: Follow that Fish! completed.
Repeatable?: No.

• Use Sterling's whistle to fly the Starflight Express southeast of Upover to the high plateau that cannot be reached by foot and enter the cave. Inside, head to the back of the cave and speak to Billy Bones, the skeleton on the left, who wants you to go a grotto and defeat Fowleye within fifteen turns.
• Fowleye can be encountered as a boss in mid to high-level treasure maps with the suffixes Regret, Bane, Fear, Dread, Hurt or Gloom. Yab's grotto search can help you figure out if you have the right treasure map if you don't already have one. You may have to level up your main character further or revocate to receive the right treasure map.
• Fowleye has 5,200 HP, acts twice per turn, and is very weak to Fire-elemental attacks. His offensive repertoire consists of casting Kazam and Kaswoosh, both of which go haywire, as well as being able to use Lullab-Eye and Disruptive Wave. He will also cast Divine Intervention to make your party more vulnerable to his magic.
• Protect your party against his spells with Magic Mirror or Bounce and use Fire Fource to deal heavy damage against him, especially if you already have the 'Armamentalist's Album' from Quest #111 already.
• Once you're able to successfully defeat Fowleye within the time limit, there will be a cutscene after the battle. Leave the grotto and head back to Billy Bones in the cave in the Wyrmtail to complete the quest.

Reward: Silver orb
