You've been told by a very flustered Stella that she thinks she might have killed someone, and agreed to try and help her out of her predicament. It sounds like the incident happened in Dourbridge…

Prerequisites: Beat the game, DLC downloaded, and Quest #147: Licensed to Drive completed.
Repeatable? No.

• Switch to the inside view of the Starflight Express and speak to Stella to start the quest. Zoom to Dourbridge and visit the inn on the eastern side of the town. Go upstairs and speak to the little girl lying down on one of the beds.
• Stella says that she can probably heal her if she gets her hands on some stellar medicine. In order to make it, you need to bring her some elfin elixir, a perfect panacea, a dose of special medicine, and an Yggdrasil bud. Most of these items can be made in the Krak Pot.

A flustered Stella has told you that she thinks she might have killed someone. You need to get together an Yggdrasil bud, some perfect panacea, some special medicine and some elfin elixir to help the ailing girl in Dourbridge.

• Elfin elixir can be made by combining an Yggdrasil leaf, three urns of Royal soil, and five phials of Nectar. If you've already turned in 80 Mini medals to Cap'n Max Meddlin' in Dourbridge, you can receive one from him in exchange for five mini medals each. An elfin elixir can also be received as a reward for the first-time completion of Quest #38: Muffled Admiration.
• Perfect panacea is made by combining a Panacea, an Angel bell, and a Wakerobin. Panacea itself is made by combining a dose of special medicine, one superior medicine, and a moonwort bulb. Angel bells can be purchased from various item shops and wakerobins can be purchased from Bloomingdale.
• Special medicine can be made by combining two doses of Strong medicine.
• Yggdrasil bud can be found on an island on the eastern side of the world, southeast of Gleeba. It is also the same island where you can find Yggdrasil leaves. When you're on the island, speak to the glowing blue tree to view a cutscene and you will receive the Yggdrasil bud.
• Once you have all four items necessary, use Sterling's whistle to call the Starflight Express and switch to the inside view again to speak to Stella, who will make the stellar medicine for you. Now you can go back to the inn in Dourbridge and give the medicine to the girl. After viewing the cutscene, go back on the Starflight Express and speak to Stella to complete the quest.
