129 A Spot of Book-Keyping

Princess Simona has a locked book that she wants to read, and she needs you to help her find a way to open it.

Prerequisites: Beat the game, DLC downloaded, Quest #23: Research Assistant and Quest #127: A Right Royal Nightmare completed.
Repeatable? No

• Head to L2 of Stornway Castle and speak to Princess Simona, who is standing next to her father, the king, to start the quest. She needs a key to open it and she says a former servant should have more info about it.
• Go to the item shop in town and speak to the old man at the counter. He says he dropped the key in a grotto with 'Silver' in the treasure map's name.
• You need to journey to any grotto with 'Silver' at the beginning of its name. Once you beat the boss at the end, you will receive the little key.
• If you don't already have the right treasure map, it can take some time to acquire one. The first treasure map you will likely receive in the game is the Granite Tunnel of Woe Lv.1 from completing 015 Collapsus's Call. Another option is to have another player exchange the proper treasure map to you with Tag Mode, if you are lucky.
• Once you have the key, return to Stornway Castle. Speak to the king and he'll say that the princess is currently in her chambers. Leave from the door located in the south and go to the tower in the northeast to find Princess Simona.
• Speak to the princess and give her the key to complete the quest.
