039 Follow That Fish!
Jona Jones from Porth Llaffan thinks a mysterious shadow she saw in the sea might have been the real Lleviathan, and wants you to find a way of summoning the great sea-beast.
Prerequisites: Beat the game
Repeatable? No.
- At Porth Llaffan, enter the shack in the southeastern part of town and speak to Jona to start the quest.
- If it's not night, rest at the inn until evening.
- Speak to the ghost woman on the beach. Answer "No" to her question. She will then tell you that you need a Watermaul wand, Flowing dress, and Silver shield.
Jona Jonas from Porth Llaffan has asked you to find a way to summon Lleviathan. From the ghost of Lleviathan's serenader, you've learnt that wearing a flowing dress and wielding a watermaul wand and silver shield may rouse the sea-beast.
- A watermaul wand and flowing dress can be bought from Bloomingdale and Wormwood Creek, respectively.
- In the postgame, silver shield can be purchased from Stornway's armour shop for 30,500 gold. It can also be made in the Krak Pot by combining a White knight's shield, three Mirrorstones, and two pieces of Mythril ore.
- Return to Jona's house at Porth Llaffan once you have all three pieces of equipment and speak to her.
- Once you have a party member equipped with all the previously mentioned gear, travel through Tywll Cave to Cuddiedig Cliff and speak to Jona.
- Defeat Lleviathan. He has 3,520 HP, acts twice per turn, and is able to land desperate attacks. He can perform Party Pooper and summon a great tidal wave, both of which damage the entire party. You should not have too much trouble especially if you've already beaten Corvus. Cast Kabuff to protect the party and keep everyone fully healed to prevent them from dying to his desperate attacks.
- After eating the Fygg, the Hero will be able to see Stella again. She takes you onboard the Starlight Express to speak to Sterling, who gives you his whistle.
Reward: Fygg, Sterling's whistle, which allows you to access the Starlight Express.
